Making Custom Versions

This material was developed to meet the needs of students in a basic course on Aircraft Performance at the author’s university. Courses found in other curricula may mix related topics in their syllabus as needed to optimize their total curricula. Suggested topics or additional features might include:

  • Worked examples and problems for each section using both SI and Imperial units
  • Updated examples to appeal to today’s students
  • Incorporation of student self-test quizzing
  • Links to external explanatory videos, interactive demonstrations, etc.
  • Instructor-facing problem sets importable to major learning management systems
